I\u2019m emotional and sensitive as it is, but when the moonlight gets brighter and stronger, everything gets even worse.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”9px”][vc_column_text]It\u2019s been a tough day. Tough on the mind. My quiet thoughts that mull things over<\/span>:<\/span> What have I achieved in life, what can I improve, what can I change, what could be better<\/span>;<\/span> w<\/span>ho do I miss and why<\/span>;<\/span> w<\/span>hat would I like to change about myself and what I could never give up.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row css=”.vc_custom_1534768281059{padding-top: 58px !important;}”][vc_column css=”.vc_custom_1534768398573{padding-right: 6px !important;}”][vc_single_image image=”8501″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center” css=”.vc_custom_1579493527221{padding-bottom: 0px !important;}”]

\n\t``There's going to be a full moon.``<\/h2>[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]I\u2019m lying on a large, old tree trunk by Lake <\/span>Pieman<\/span>. A strong wind is ruffling the branches of <\/span>the <\/span>tall trees. Fire is not allowed in this remote, Southwestern part of Tasmania. There are no high temperatures, no tough droughts, and a rainforest surrounds us on a large end of this island. I hear the last breaths of the flaming wood. The wind is creating waves on the surface of the lake, with the moon<\/span>, that\u2019s<\/span> almost full, <\/span>bathing in it. A few hours until it becomes full.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row css=”.vc_custom_1534765729380{padding-top: 38px !important;padding-bottom: 36px !important;}”][vc_column]

\n\tI miss her. Her, and all the others smiling down from the sky.<\/h2>[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]I finally find my peace after a mentally tough day, when I open my eyes and see the clouds above me. I play with the shapes when I suddenly see her.<\/span><\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]She\u2019s smiling at me from the sky. It\u2019s been a year since she said goodbye and went to find her peace. My aunt, who was always full of energy, good-natured and ready for mischief. This and that. <\/span>I miss<\/span> her! She smiled a wide smile at me from the sky; it sneaked up on my face for a moment as well. I cried afterwards. <\/span>I miss<\/span> her. Her, and all <\/span>the <\/span>others smiling down from the sky. Gran<\/span>dparents, uncles and pets. Dog <\/span>Boni<\/span>, with whom we ran across the meadows when I was struggling with puberty, and <\/span>cat <\/span>Kimi<\/span>, <\/span>who warmed me every time I needed a hug.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]They\u2019re not with me anymore.<\/span><\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row css=”.vc_custom_1534768281059{padding-top: 58px !important;}”][vc_column width=”1\/2″ css=”.vc_custom_1534768398573{padding-right: 6px !important;}”][vc_single_image image=”8502″ img_size=”full” css=”.vc_custom_1579493668272{padding-bottom: 0px !important;}”]

\n\t``That\u2019s what I\u2019m proud of. Of my family, which I always carry with me.``<\/h2>[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row css=”.vc_custom_1534771917857{padding-top: 10px !important;}”][vc_column][vc_column_text]I rarely regret anything in life. <\/span>But <\/span>I will probably regret <\/span>th<\/span>at I didn\u2019t have enough time for them<\/span> for a long time<\/span>. For those that meant a lot to me and played a huge part in my life. Because of them I also realize and know how much family means to m<\/span>e<\/span> and what an important role it plays in my life.<\/span><\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]We\u2019re special. Large. Branched. Not just branched, outstretched. But we love each other. We have accepted each other and know how to enjoy ou<\/span>r<\/span> moments together. Even though they are rare. It\u2019s what makes them even more special. It\u2019s what connects us even more. And that\u2019s what I\u2019m <\/span>proud<\/span> of.
